28th Jan--
Met up with CX n Ah Ma in tpy to study.. Actualli i din study alot... by the time i reached there it's already dinner time... CX n Ah ma was too tired and sianz after studying for hours... Ah ma decided to flaunt her drawing skills on a namecard CX received..
TADAH!!!
CX was soooo 'amazed' by her lecturer's hardwork.. Apparently, her lecturer wrote the whole lecture notes him/herself...
Fortunately for me, I won get such 'interesting' notes fr my lecturer.. coz dey are too lazy to write...
Flipped a few pages of my notes,answered some qns in my lab reports n off we go for dinner!! haha... Heard some stories from CX.... She sure have lots to tell... hehe.. We went shopping after that... There's a major sale going on... tee shirts going @ $1, jackets going @ $5..... wahhh... but we nv buy.. heeeee
Oh ya.. Nana touched down already!! She's finally back after so long... it has been almost 1 yr since the day i last saw her.. n we are going to meet up wif momo n aimei dis sun!! Looking forward to it!!!

I received a call on sat from this company in Orchard... they said that i'm one of the 20 winners to win 3 gifts n i haf to go down n collect... If i'm bringing my bf along, i will be entitled to the couple package which not only include the 3 gifts ( a stainless steel guy's or ladies watch, a spa voucher, n a few days accomodation in Yunnan, China), I will also get a pair of free movie tix sponsored by Shaw Org... hmm.. tt tempt me alittle... I made my way down wif my bf on sunday.... Knowing that they will ask us to join watsoever packages, I have already told myself that i won't sign up anything or pay anything.. We were led into a room by a consultant.... wat follows was a series of 'interviews'..... I was practically bored to death.. Dede too.. He was talking while msging... I pretended to be interested.. after like 30mins, he called his manager... Dis fat guy walk towards us.. n introduced himself.. sat down n talk for a while.. n left us wif the consultant again... He began to start telling us his companies' history n background, wat they are offering etc.. I'm so not interested at this point... juz wanna get off fast... We haf sat there for 1hr 15mins already... still not yet finish lo... I finally told the consultant that we need to go off, rushing to meet my fren... He called tt fat manager n told him that...
Manager: ohh you all wanna rush off izzit?? then u wan to schedule another time to talk anot..
Me: ya.. can..(but obviously i won't ans their call)..
Manager: den the gifts u all wanna talk the next time or take now? Dun worry la, i won't forfeit ur gifts one..
(Obviously i wanna take now la.. wait for so long liao... n i'm certainly NOT going back lo..)
Me: ( looking at Dede... giving him the ' look') ya i wanna take now
the consultant den led us to take the gifts... I asked him whether izzit possible to give us a brochure to keep so that next time if we wanna go on holidaes we can consider their packages... den tt fat manager came again, saying
'Nono.. now dun talk anymore, frankly speaking, i'm more interested in the ones sitting down... not standing up.. If you all are interested in knowing more, cum back the next time n talk la. haha'
Is that funny, fat man?? I dun tink so.. n you dun haf to talk so loudly to let the whole room hears it.. u wanna humiliate us?! U failed in ur attempt.. coz i dun feel humiliated, but rather, disgusted by wat you've said... I know u felt that way, but u dun haf to spell it out.. To think i spent my precious 1.5hrs there... URGHH!!!!
