As mentioned, Dede's bdae is on the 12th oct.. but we both hafing lessons so we postponed it to sat(14th) to celebrate.. He had no idea wat i'm gonna do for his berfdae.. everything is a surprise for him... and... he's surprised!! haha... alrite...
14th Oct --
I booked a room in Scarlet Hotel a few wks back... din tot of booking but i couldnt find a nice place to hold the celebration.. so i tot a hotel room wld be more convenient... keke... actualli wanted to find a room wif private jacuzzi facilities... but it's TOO ex!!! settled for Scarlet Hotel recommended by momo... N IT'S N.I.C.E!!!! oh ya... I'm hafing lessons on tt dae.. ggrrr... make me rush here rush der.. went to check in first b4 rushing to sch... n i realised i 4got to bring camera.. -_-'".. so after sch... went back hm to take all necessary things n rush to the hotel.. Met Dede at chinatown mrt station.. brought him to the hotel... n he's SURPRISED!! He told me he din tot that i wld book a hotel room... hmm.. as long as he's happy...

we rested in the hotel for a while b4 going out for dinner... we went to Cafe Cartel @ Plaza Sing... everything was fine in the first place.... my soup n potato wedges was served rather fast.. but we waited so long for our macaroni n lasagne... i saw the receipt.. it was more than 45mins oredi.. we then realised we actualli waited so long after we were quite full from eating the wedges and the free flow bread... ggrr.. damn it!! we asked the waitress who politely asked us to wait while she asked the counter staff.. den she came back wif the order n told us that the chicken lasagne was sold out n suggested changing to beef lasagne!! WTH!!! after waiting for 45mins den we were informed of it??!! ggrrr... okay... we veri unwillingly changed it.. even the family beside us who came in ard 30 mins later got their food oredi.. argh!!! i called for the manager( i tink he is, if not, someone of a higher rank). i told him tt we don wanna pay for the service charge coz we haf oredi waited for more than 45mins.. He, wif a qian bian face, told me after lookG at the receipt, that i haf waited for 30mins n tt's the usual waiting time. huh! hello, u mean i cant read the clock??!! the time stated on the receipt is 7.36pm. when i called him.. it's 825pm.. so!! well, i told him i'm sure that dey had missed out our orders n tt we dun wanna pay the service charge. He said,' ok, if u dun wanna pay the service charge den i will ask dem to take it out.' I dun even rmb him apoplogising..ggrrr.. i shld haf asked for the whole meal to b FOC.. the previous waitress came back to refill our drinks n kept apologising.. all i can sae to tt manager is to ' learn fr the waitress!!' Oh well... as i was complaining to the manager, the food came.. FINALLY!! no appetite to eat... coz our mood was affected n oso full fr eating the free flow bread... din finish the food n we paid n left...
after dinner we strolled awhile b4 heading back to hotel at ard 10+.. i was outside the room taking pics when dede came out to smoke.. den when we decided to go back to the room, we realised we are locked out!! He 4got to take the key out.. ggrrr..... i had to go down n request for a spare key.. -_-'"
alrite.. back into the room... cut the cake n we both ate onli a little bit coz still full fr dinner... Here's his Jersey Cake.. I made it myself.. wif the help of my sis.. haha
15th Oct --
We arranged for breakfast to b served to our room at 10am.. but we were still slpG.. keke.. I woke up soon after i smelled food!!! haha.. den at 12pm, CHECK OUT!!!! sobz... gonna miss the bed n pillows.. it's so comfy!! Went back to his room to rest awhile b4 heading to Orchard.. nth to do here too... den we headed to Vivocity.... the place is packed wif ppl.. aiyo.. c oredi no mood to walk.. anyway the onli shops we visited were Adidas n Levis Store coz we were so tired of walking n squeezing.... den settled our dinner at KFC @ Compass pt... after tt.. home sweet home...
