There are so many things running in my mind now.... This is the 3rd time I 'm logging in today to post my thoughts... hmm...

I remember b4 Dede and I got together in Dec 04, he would call me in his bunk and we would talked for hours late into the night. I would lie on the floor in my living room, talking nonsensical things, and was always looking forward to meeting him on Saturdays..

Many many years has passed, and this routine has changed to less-than-5mins talks. I would call him to inform him that Im going to sleep soon, and his reply would always be either, I'm watching CSI/Numbers/Chuck etc now, or I'm playing games now ( his latest obsession is Chi Bi), or I'm sleeping already.... We have missed out on alot of time to interact with each other, to ask each other on the things that we are doing, on our sch work, to care for each other...

Is that what we have to go through after being together for so long?

Are we both taking each other for granted?

I don't know.. I think maybe we just want some personal space

Anyway, there's some problems with my handphone lately.. Whenever a call gets through, I can hear the distracting 'buzzing' sound and it just gets louder n louder. In fact, Im grateful that this happen.

Because of this, I started using my house phone to call him, and it brings me back to those days!! I lied on the floor, looking up to the ceiling, and memories of me doing the same thing 4yrs ago kept flooding in..

I began telling him stories of my recent happenings.. He gave me advices and talk just like 4yrs ago.. I'm actually quite surprised by this. And Im very grateful.

I cant say that we'll be doing this everyday from now onwards, coz he is out with his BMT gang NOW, and I'm going to sleep soon... But I dont mind doing it once a week, that is IF he is willing to accomodate.

Just a thought which ran across my mind

I was being told this,' I think you are abit naive, maybe because you have not seen the world and interacted with alot of people....'

By the way, we were discussing on some issues on human attitudes.. I believed all of us have our own opinions and views... Just because I think that this particular person is not bad by nature, doesn't mean that I will always see this person as a 'good person'. And just because I view him/her differently from you, doesn't imply that I have not been interacting around.

What has interacting with ALOT of people gotta do with character judgement? Does it mean that interacting with 1000 or above people will increase your judging skills? I think not!

And definitely Im not naive, Im sharp at certain things okay?

I think I have reach a stage where my energy levels has dropped to 40%. 30% was spent during work, so left 10% after work.. Please forgive me if I tend to 'stone', or not answering your questions.. I was too tired to reply.. I don't know why.... Even on saturdays... I usually cant last til after 12mn. But but but, if I nap before I go out, I may be able to last til 2am... That is good enough!!!

Juz an update: I'm one step closer to my plans.... Have finally plucked up the courage to step forward... I really hope everything can be settled within 2 weeks if not I really dont have the chance anymore... *prays hard....

I went shopping with my mama n sis at Chinatown last sat. Oh my, Chinatown is really a shopping heaven lo!!!!!!!!! All the clothes are so nice.........I bought things from almost all the shops I patronised.. Grrr.. It's bad 'cause I'm left with a big hole in my wallet... I bought a dress for $59 after discount and I saw the same dress selling at FEP for $62!! Another dress which I didnt manage to buy goes at $59 also at the Chinatown shop but was selling at FEP for $74!!!!! OMG OMG OMG!!!!!!!!!! I hope the discount will last until after CNY.... heeeee...

I finally got myself a facebook account!!!

Now I can add new friends, message those cuties, give them my number, meet them for dinner at some shore restaurants followed by a movie etc etc... *weet.... I'm happy!!! haha

It has been 2 months into my new job.... Im starting a new training program and have already written up a proposal.. Tomorrow I will have to present it to the sales & marketing team... Hope there wont be anymore amendments to it as I have been doing it for the past 2 weeks..

Im planning something secretly.. Only Jess knows about it 'cause this is our plans for 2009... Hope I can take the first step soon!!

I read in forums that skipping is actually a very effective way to lose weight!!! Some forumers lost over 5kgs in a month of daily skipping!!

Yeah!!!! So immediately I went to buy a skipping rope just now after work! But I managed to only skip 150times.. The girls skipped like 1000 to 2000 times loh!!!!!!!!

It's ok~~ Today's only the first day!! Tomorrow Im gonna increase to 200times, then 300, 500 and hopefully I can skip 1000times by the end of the first week.

I have finally stepped into Marina Baraage last wkn!! Went with Dede's colleagues and gfs, total 4 couples... By the way, I drove to MS ok.... haha... Dede was so comfortable with my driving that he played DS all the way... One advice to him: Dont be so comfortable can? I'm afraid I will lose my way then blur blur drive to Jurong.. Anyway, watched 'Seven pounds' at MS b4 driving into Marina Baraage. Strong wind there and I was wearing a skirt lo!!!!!! Next time dont wear skirts and go there, or if you got no choice but to go there, just dont walked up the bridge. The wind changes direction before you even realise it!

Met up with my pri sch friends for a post Xmas gathering at Billy Bombers Century Square... I didnt know we all had the same problem!!!! BF/Husband nagging at us when we are driving!!! Super hate it lo!!! Stop harping on the RPM thingy, WE GIRLS DONT CARE ABOUT THAT!!!

NY celebration at Liquid Kitchen with Ex-Colleagues!!! Argh.. I missed working with them!!!!!!!!

Attended my cousin's wedding on 8th Dec at Grand Copthorne. The video of the morning's tea ceremony was hilarious!!!

I brought my camera along!! but blur me 4got to charge it again!!! It is the 2nd time this has happened... So we make do with my sis's hp... N we had to wait til the lightings all on b4 we can take a clear picture... Lousy phone...

On 20th Dec, we went to BATAM ( again...)

We stayed at PuraJaya Resort... Not a bad hotel.... But it was very isolated... There's nth around the resort... And it take around 30mins to go Batam centre..

Nice to see, but it's really dirty... We saw a millipede (right spelling?) along the rocks and also a dead lizard floating in the water. eeewwww...

In fact, while we were taking the above pic, the millipede crawled onto my father's arm... And of course, that millipede died a terrible death... All thanks to Dede lor!!!

Nonetheless, we still managed to take a picture after the millipede scare.

It's been 4 weeks since my new job!!!! Time really pass like rockets.. I have not been really busy at work YET.... Colleagues are nice and friendly... Angelyn, Cheryl, Selynn etc... It's such as coincidence that Angelyn is connected to 'Dede' in some ways... haha...

My work is going to be very busy for 2009.... Was abit stunned when they announce the forecast for 2009..... My boss expects me to eventually do a training every month, and my first training will be in March... Im abit stressed up right now as my product knowledge is still not complete!!!!!!

Im the only product specialist there, and Im not given any products training yet.. Everything was self-study... And it didnt help when the M'sia product specialist has resigned. There's no one to turn to whenever I need help in answering enquiries from consumers.. I have only 1 'bible' to reply on, which contains all the product information.. but that book was for products which are sold in USA and didnt have all the information I need for the products sold here...

Argh.....

Looking forward to my cousin's wedding coming Monday!!!!!!!!! Congrats to her.....

He got disqualified on the first night!!!!!!!!!!!! They say the centre of his palm didnt touch the car!!!!!! WTF... Oh well, forget it... I'll win my own Europe trip next yr....

Im starting my new job tomorrow~~~~~~~ I did my homework okay!! I printed out all details of the product, everything nicely done, wrap my glass Hello Kitty cup with newspaper in case it broke (no, I dont like Hello Kitty) , etc... But the only thing is I havent read through the notes I printed!!! -_- That's supposed to be the first thing I have to do lor!! Nvm... I'll read later... Hehe..

Anyway, I just quarreled with Dede today.. Usually I wont blog about it unless Im really very pissed off.. But I just dont like ppl to keep harping on something which I had already explained. Arent they finding things to quarrel? And most hated thing about this is we are on the way to town... It's such a spoiler. I really envied those couples who live everyday as if it's their last day together. I dont wish for that lah but at least try not to start a quarrel even before we start the day. If I knew this would happen, I rather stay at home and prepare for my work tomorrow. And dont try to push all the blame to me. I knew what I have said before and I wont like it if you accuse me of things I never do/say.

i have seen blogs of girls with posts about their boyfriends, what they did, how sweet they are, how happy they are together, etc.. Im not comparing or whatsoever... But I dont wish for every posts of you to be so anger-filled.

Im finally blogging again!!!
Have been considering to delete this blog but then I think I will need a personal space to vent my frustrations, so I thought I might leave it first..
Yesterday is my last day of work!!!! Yippie.. I bought cupcakes for all my colleagues, + a little note for them... I have never written so many words since my last module.. Hand very ' seng'..

They proposed to meet in Sept 2009!! haha.. so we can celebrate those who are born in sept... den the next meeting will be in Aug 2010, so on and so forth... Lame idea by Ah Bao

I realised a problem with myself.. I always use the time which are meant to do more meaningful things to blog.. For Instance, NOW lor... Im going to sit for an exam later at 7pm but here I am blogging... haha.. So this will be a fast one..

My last post was quite long ago.. I noticed that I have been lazy in updating my blog... Sometimes I would just sit in front of the computer, surfing all kinds of website but just dont wanna blog about recent happenings.. I think Im old~~~~ already..

Anyway, attended QQ and Cindy's wedding last sunday. Was supposed to be her jie mei but I had an exam coming up so I rejected it. But but but, heard from Dede that all the sisters, except one, failed to wake up in time!!!! Only 1 jie mei was present. Do you know what that meant?? It meant that no one will share the ang bao money with her!!!!!!!!$288 lor!!!! Weet..

Ok, stop thinking abt the money.. Back to the purpose of this entry.. I always believe that good things dont come alone.. but then why must it always be coupled with a bad thing? I dont mean myself..

I remembered a few yrs ago, one of my sec sch friend got married and I attended her wedding. But within a wk or so, my cousin passed away due to pnuemonia.

This time, I attended QQ's wedding but within a wk, I received news that my poly friend's husband cheated on her and left her. She wrote on her blog and I read it. I wasnt very close with her lah.. so I dont really dare to msg her to console her. But they were only married for like less than a year and she just delivered!!! Her baby was only around 3months old loh... This must have been a very difficult time for her. Gotta take care of her baby and also herself since there's no one to take care of her. argh.. WHY IS THIS KINDA THING HAPPENING??

Im beginning to develop a fear for marriage.

Whatever things that had happened, I hope that she will be back on her feet again.. Dont dwell on the past and move on for the sake of the baby...

One thing I have to say. Schnappi is really very ANTISOCIAL LO!!! He can sniff other dogs but they cannot sniff him! He will growl and tried to bite the dog. SO UNFRIENDLY!!! Now, he's friendless. No one wants to be his friends already. All the dogs are scared of him. Dont be fooled by his angelic appearance. He's a little tyrant beneath his innocent front.

"So I got no friends. But who cares?! Im still the pampered king of the house!!!! Hmmph"

Oh... Today is my Papa's Birthday!!! Happy Birthday!!!! Karen brought my parents to watch 钱不够用2!!!!! Kelly went to Gerald's house with the 2 doggies.... Dede went for his soccer game... AND IM LEFT ALONE AT HOME AGAIN!!!!!!!! hmm... with Schnappi of course.... Wanted to have a hair cut actually but Im too lazy to go out!! I really hate Sundays.... It's an official off day but why am I so reluctant to leave my nest??? grrrr..... I SHOULD GO OUT MORE!!!!!!

Yesterday went JB with Dede, Kelly and Gerald. Like traitor like that... haha... Own country's birthday but we choose to visit our neighbour. Anyway, was surprised that the road from Woodlands checkpoint leading to JB was clear!!!!!!!!! But it was a little jam on our way back... Anyway, we went to Holiday Plaza for their very cheap PIZZA!!! 4 of us spent a total of only RM 81!! Woot.... And we really filled ourselves to the throat lo!!! After which, we moved to City Square. Initial plan was either a movie or ktv. But the ktv was freaking expensive, RM 48/pax from 8pm to 12mn, which include a buffet dinner. We thought it was not worth it 'cause we went there before but it was not that expensive.. And no movies shown were what we wanted to watch, except Mummy 3 but Gerald watch it already.. So in the end, we did what we girls do best! Shopping!!!!!!!!!!!

haha.... Didnt know that they offered discounts in some shops due to Singapore's National Day!!! haha.... Think they wanted to attract more Singaporeans to spend in Malaysia, especially on Singapore's big day.

And Dede has the most expensive buy lo..... A subcrew cap ( worth RM169). I thought it will be so wasteful if he only wears it on certain days. So to fully maximise the use of the cap, I will wear it also!!!! woot.... clever leh...

Oh.. back to work-related stuff. We really worked our a** off on Friday!!!! I didnt know that Singhealth polyclinic opened half day only!!!!!! All the patients then came to NHG polyclinics lo... We practically had no time to rest!!!!!! Throughout the whole day, the pharmacy was never a moment empty!! I think the patients knew that we were really stressed up that's why they were all so obedient. Never complain at all! haha... okay. And, on average, the waiting time was......... 2 hours!!!!!!!!!!!! If I were ill on that day or just wanna fake an mc, I would rather spend more and visit a private GP than go to polyclinics.

So, I urged anyone who has a heart of gold, please avoid polyclinics esp on Monday, the day before and after PH, Saturdays.... hmm.. Basically, just dont go to polyclinics if you have the extra cash to spare. Please Ke Lian us, who really worked very hard in clearing the patients. *wiping off tears

Ohh.... Have I ever blogged that i attempted to donate blood with my sisters??

haha... Three of us walked into Sengkang multipurpose hall on a Saturday afternoon. All of us were very nervous and... ermm nervous. Actually Karen donated blood before. Not sure how many times but I think is more than 2 times.. haha.. Ok.. I went through all the stages.. From filling up the form, assessment by the doctor, testing blood type and finally, lying on the stretcher (or bed). The nurse came up to me and asked me to hold a pump and asked me to clenched it in my fist. She then tapped the inner of my arm at the elbow area but just couldnt find my vein. She tried the other arm and also couldnt find it. In the end, she asked me to exercise more 'cause my vein is just too small for the needle. Then Kelly came along. She too couldnt donate blood 'cause she just took flu medicine 3 days ago. So we thought Karen was the only one who can donate. But but but.. She came to us and said she also couldnt donate. haha... She had a condition recently which results in antibodies permanently circulating in her blood. hmmm... So we went home feeling very amused.

Schnappi says, " DONATE BLOOD AND SAVE LIVES!!"

Im starting my next module tomorrow. It's going to be quite tiring as the previous module was relaxing. At least 4 days a wk of school. Im dead. Dead tired. Have to learn driving on the days when I'm free. Oh.. I find i'm not improving with every lesson. In fact, I'm losing confidence in myself. I really have to pray hard in order to pass!!!!

Was out in town with Dede just now. He fetched me at 715pm and I reached home at 930pm. Fast isnt it?? ha~ha~~~~... Wanted to watch a movie just now but aborted the plan just because of something I said. It was unintentional, trust me. I dont really wanna say it out in his face. I guess most of us have gone through this before, like I-dont-wanna-say-what's-bothering-me-but-if-I dont-say-it-I-dont-feel-right kinda mood. Of course I regretted right after those words came out, 'cause that gives him a chance to point the finger at me for showing him 'an attitude'. So in the end, I feel like Im being 'punished' for saying what's on my mind.

It all started with you being so impatient with the slow moving cars in front of you and you started showing your displeasure (not towards me). I mean, although the anger was not directed at me, but how would u feel if a person beside you was like scolding and feeling so frustrated with a stranger who was obviously not wrong in the first place? You wanna drive fast, that's your way. Doesnt mean that all people have to follow your way.

And I always feel that we should respect the elderly most of the times. I said most of the times 'cause some irritating elders really dont deserve to be respected, examples are those perverted uncles, kiasu aunties etc. I believe we all have a little kiasu-ism in us and when i mean kiasu aunties, I mean VERY kiasu aunties, like pushing and squeezing her way up the bus when it's very obvious Im already giving her the way. Okay, anyway sometimes I feel that you dont have to shout and let the whole world know that you are unhappy. That auntie merely didnt hear what you said and you just have to repeat your orders slowly. I noticed that the auntie was glaring hard at you with HATRED!! Her expression tells me she was really hurt, you know. Put yourself in her shoes!! The feeling of being scolded but not able to retaliate was really unbearable. So, in the end, I told you about what I saw and you exclaimed that she didnt hear you so that's the reason you talked loudly. I think the whole of Orchard Road can hear you already. What are you trying to do? You want all the people to know that you are a difficult person to deal with?! It doesnt only look bad on Y.O.U., it look bad on M.E. too!!

By the way, let's imagine a group of people standing in your way, do you
A) push them away and walk in between them
B) move to the side and walk past them?

Normal people will choose B. Only Ah Bengs will choose A. Those who choose A are obviously asking for trouble. And when trouble comes, ask yourself who started the whole thing.

I dont know whether Im too sensitive or what. But Im not a person who loves to quarrel in public. You wanna quarrel with me when Im at home, I most obliged to do that but in public?? It's too embarrassing for me. I dont like attention in a bad way. So, the only thing I would do when Im feeling pissed is to pull a long face. Dont try to pull it even LONGER!! Im afraid I might just explode and splash all my juices on you.

So, if you are not in the best of mood, be it due to work stress, or maybe someone you met on the road accidentally step on your toes, please stay at home.

Or you can rent a planet from Mother Earth and stay there for the rest of your life. With no one to irritate you, no cars to hog your road, I believe you will be the happiest man in the Universe.

I think your behaviour will somehow be influenced by the person whom you are spending most of the time with. I remembered I used to keep to myself when there's an argument. I dont like to express my feelings, or rather I dont really want to. I thought that being keeping quiet, I can avoid the problem and get on with life. But now, how many times have I been screaming uncontrollably over a small matter? I was told to express my thoughts and so I did. I no longer care how it will strain our r/s 'cause " why should I care when you dont give a damn about it?"

That's my dinner on tuesday. Cereal with milk. Im not going to eat that anymore. Not nice at all... And the thing is I can only eat 2 pieces of cereal!!!!!

That's our dinner for a lab session in this new module. We wanted to measure the spike in blood glucose after ingestion. And I was angry cause I was very hungry!!!!!! And I was even angrier cause we had to do 4 finger pricks!!!

Anyway, as soon as I reached Compass pt, I bought Mac chicken meal to fill my grumpy stomach. And I regretted instantly after I finished the whole meal cause I slpt shortly after that.

Ta-dah!!! He had been contemplating to do eyebrow trimming every time we went out. And Finally, he did it!!!!!!!!!!!!! That 'eyebrow trimmer' was showing that kind of uninterested and sleepy face from the time we went in. Anyway, he did a great job, although Dede kept on saying he looked like a girl with thinned eyebrows.

Oh ya... I held a lizard during work on wed!!!!!!!!!!! It was not deliberate of coz.. That stupid lizard!!! I hate him/her!!! It was on one of the baskets ready to be dispensed and I happened to take that basket. And I felt something cold and soft underneath my ring finger. I looked at that area and saw my finger was actually resting on that disgusting lizard!! Can you imagine how shocked I was??? grrrr

But nothing beats CX's grandma method of killing lizards. She once caught a lizard and sprayed insectide on it, making it ma-bok. Then she CUT UP THE LIZARD WITH A SCISSOR!!!!! Disgusting not??!!

I've got nth to blog about right now.. haha.. Life's pretty much unchanged since the last log-in.. Been actively looking for a job, in fact, Im desperate already!! I cant see the ME 2 wks from now.. Pathetic

I was thinkG of becoming a recruitment consultant IF I realli cant find a suitable job in a month's time... SHOULD I???? I need advice!!!

Schnappi's recovering very fast.. Had removed the stitches already. I think he's acting abit 'gay' these days.. His barks have gone a pitch higher.. haha.. Blame it on lack of testosterones.

Driving along Ubi road was terrifying!!!! And I dont know what happened to me on my last lesson.. Everything went wrong.. Even changing gears werent as smooth as before.. I think I put too much stress on myself.. Problem is I dont want the cars behind me to wait as I slowly reach the biting point so I tend to over-release the clutch but din give enough acceleration, causing my car to jerk forward. Ok.. Next lesson Im going to take my own sweet time to move the car smoothly, even though they blast their horns on me, Im just going to F care!!!

1 assignment +1 lab report due next tues!!! Managed to do only 20% of it. Ha~~~~ I know Im wasting my time but Im not going to waste my Good Friday!!!! Oh... thinkG of school, this will be my last module with the girls!!! Momo, Huishan and Gina.. They will be graduating after this module. So xin fu!!!! I still have 4 more modules to complete!!!!!!!! Yeah!! I drove from Tampines--> Pasir Ris--> Changi and back to Tampines!!! 2 hrs of driving.. Was totally shag after that 'cause gotta feel the half clutch, change gear, look into rear and side mirror, overtake, look out for pedestrians and other cars, use my brain( yea, i seldom use my brain)...

Will be having an exams this thurs... I am 'jobless' since last wednesday (except for saturday)!! waoh.. A total of 7days of work-free!!! haha... blame it on test and exams.... anyway, Im going for an interview next wk... It seems like yesterday when I first joined NHG..... 6months have passed in a blink of an eye!! Dont imagine me as a job hopper. Im not 'cause Im reaching the end of my contract of 6months and I feel I should move on and find a job with good prospects. Just like what Weijie said, I cant be a PT for the rest of my life!!!!

Schnappi is over at the animal clinic now. Remember I said about his 'hidden' testicles?? The vet surgeon is going to remove them as it might cause cancer when he gets older. not sure of the exact time of surgery but we're going to fetch him home at around 7pm.

Let's pray for successful surgery and speedy recovery!!!

I had a very bad day last sunday, 17th feb... Was feeling weak and sick for the whole day... diarrhea for 4-5times, vomited 2times and fever twice.. Was practically lying on bed, doing nth. one amazing thing, I didnt eat for the whole day! Cool!! haha~~ 'cause you cant find me w/o food in my mouth at any moment.

I knew my first resolution for 2008 was to get my licence on my first TP test.. But how to achieve that when I only had 3 lessons so far???? My tp date is in mid-June. Another 3 1/2 months... Or am I being too kan cheong?? I wanna pass!!!

Went to the Singapore Air Show 2008 yesterday, after my driving lesson. I didnt eat for the whole day and nearly fainted under the hot sun. The Q for shuttle bus was horrible. Q-ed for half an hour over at Pasir Ris Interchange UNDER THE HOT SUN. Can you imagine that? Over at the Exhibitor's Centre, still couldnt escape from being burnt under the scorching sun. Realised I had a racer back tee printed on my body when I reached home. -_-'"

The journey back home was TORTUROUS!!!! We wanted to wait for a cab over at their taxi stand, despite the $8 surcharge we had to pay on top of the meter fare. But the Q was never-ending!! I believed there's more than 300 ppl in front of us in the Q!!! So we made a reluctant decision, i.e to walk out of the Exhibitor's Centre, in hope of getting a cab along the road... I cant remember how long we walked, but we managed to hail a cab, and of course we paid for the $8 surcharge also. Small price to pay in return for comfort!

My feet was blistered from all the walking. 3 on each feet. Shouldnt have worn the new shoes out.

Just wanna get something off my chest. For me, friends doesnt mean we have to meet or sms everyday. I know you are my friend if u let me feel your sincerity, that's all. I believe it's simple to achieve. What's the point of refusing my call in the first place, then msg-ing me after that and tell me an excuse?

To tell you frankly, I deliberately called your home number cause I knew you wont ans my call if I called your hp. And I believed that you asked your brother to hang up my call w/o even telling me anything. You should have taught him to say that you are sleeping.. at least it sounds realistic.

And why is it that no one at home pick up my call when obviously I knew at least your brother was at home?? It's too fake.

I dont see a reason for you to do that. I know some ppl may think that it's a minor thing, no need to get so agitated. But I just cant stand the way Im being treated. And it's not only one time. It's ALOT of times. Do you mean you can reject/ans my call as and when you like it?

HAPPY CNY 2008!!!!!

We are already reaching the 8th year of the millenium and everything happens in a flash!!! Can you still remember what you did in 2007? For people like me (with STM), I really cant remember what have I been doing except going to school, work, home, studying for exams, school, work, home and studying for more exams!!
And I am already a quarter of a century old!!!!!!!!!!!! How bad is that....... How I wish I could turn back time to do the things i've always wanted to do, or things that I've never had the courage to do... To all the young people out there, please treasure your youth and make the best out of it. You wont regret listening to an 'old auntie'.

Oh.. And Schnappi is getting really out of hand nowadays. he tries to bite whichever dog he comes into contact with, even a very tame Rocky! I think he's just feeling annoyed that someone is trying to intrude his privacy. Rest assured Schnappi, no dogs are going to kick you out of the house, you are still the big boss here!

Oh.. something exciting (at least for me!). I had started my driving lesson.. LIKE FINALLY!!! The feeling was awesome for the first lesson. However, I felt weird when fastening the seat belt!! haha.. Too used to doing it in the passenger seat. First lesson went smoothly... but second lesson was a disaster, i feel. I couldnt seem to control the car well. I was shaken when I saw alot of cars behind me. I was supposed to change lanes from left to right and turn right but my mind was basically blank when I did that and til now I still dont know how i managed to do it. Argh!! I hope the next lesson will be a better one.

Ma's surgery

I didnt work this whole week. (Hurray!!) Reason being I've got an exams on Thursday so I took leave( 4.5days including last Saturday) to study. I was kinda 'looking forward' to this long break although I was supposed to study intensively as we were going to be tested on lecture notes as thick as the Yellow Pages. Unfortunately, my mother was admitted to KKH on Wednesday and was scheduled a surgery on Thursday, which so happened to be on the same day as my exams.

And so, I skipped my exams and took leave today just to accompany my mother over the night. She was not able to sleep on the first night as she was all alone in the room. ( oh.. she requested for an A2 ward but was given an A1 as there's none available). It was freaking cold in the room but I couldnt adjust to a higher T 'cause my mother claimed she's 'very hot'!! Normally, I couldnt stand aircon temperatures to be below 24deg and my mother always set the aircon in her room to 26deg and yet she claimed she's ' extremely hot' in the 23deg room.

Alright, the night is finally over. My sis is there now to take over my shift. And she brought along her laptop and dvds!!!! So unfair!!! I was only able to switch from Ch 5 to Ch8 to ChU throughout the whole night!!!

By the way, I think I'm having slight food poisoning now. Must be the tomyam ban mian I ate for lunch!!!!

KL trip!!!

Back from KL!!!!!!!!! Alright, I mentioned we went to Genting and KL right???? Yes we did step into Genting... but LEFT after spending only 4hrs there...-_-'"

Suay-ness 1: On the day b4 we left for Genting which is 14/11 (wed), I realised my passport is less than 6months validity!!!! *Gasp.. I was even allowed into JB in Oct when my passport expires in Mar 2008!! anyway.. I downloaded a passport extension form in the internet and headed to ICA the following day, which is the actual day i'm leaving.

Went to get a Q number and realised that girls cant extend their passport!! Imagine how shocked I was!! Jialat... I was given a Q number to see the officer and explained to her about my situation. Fortunately, I was allowed a Temporary pass to go into Msia only for this trip. Thank God!!!! But I had to pay $15 for this pass and only able to collect at 4pm. Nonetheless, I was relieved!!! Collected the pass and headed back to Dede's hse to prepare and went to sch to take my test!!!

We were supposed to ans all the 50mcqs in the paper but due to the typo error on the front page, we were asked to ans only 33 out of the 50 mcqs!!!!haha... of course we chose the ones we know how to do!! anyway.. im not sure the ones I did was the ones I got it correct cause I spent minimal hrs studying for this test... hehe

Suay-ness 2: Reached Genting at ard 430am... We wanted to take a Q number from the counter but was told to go back again at 12pm, which is the check in time for First World hotel.... So, we walked around Genting, going in to casinos and lost RM40.... Bad luck is already revolving around us.. There was this uncle who was sitting beside us at the jackpot machine, puffed 3 cigarettes consecutively... The smoke almost killed us!!! Argh!! They should ban smoking in casinos...

We went back to the reception and was told that no rooms was available in all the hotels in Genting!!!!!!! *fuming....
Our intention was to meet his colleague, who also went to Genting on the same day, and leave our luggage at his hotel room until the check in time to book a room, then stay 1 night at Genting and the next night at his friend's gf apartment. It didnt came across our minds that M'sia was having their school holidays now. Boooooo!! We were so tired and we cant even reach his friend...

Disappointed, Dede called his relative who was staying at Subang Jaya. They were nice to put us up for the whole of our trip!!!!!!!!!! So we cabbed down to Subang Jaya, which was a freaking 1hr 30mins journey which cost us RM110!!!!!!! Anyway, when we left Genting, the haze was super bad.. We consoled ourselves that the theme park wouldnt be open that day and even if we stayed we wont get to play anything... heehee..

Arrived at their house at around 10+am.... settled down and we went out to shop!!! We went to Pavillion, which was like our Paragon. More of a high end shopping centre. I saw the Coach tote which I wanted to buy. It costs ~$950 here. Before we went in, Dede said if the price is around half price of what we saw in S'pore, he will buy it immediately!!! OF COURSE that's impossible!!! Nevertheless, we still went in to check the price of it. It's RM2125 which is S$924, cheaper by only $25.. ok... Byebye Tote!!

After Pavillion, we went to Berjaya Times Square... It's something like Pavillion and we didnt managed to buy anything from there too!! That's the indoor roller coaster in Times Square. Dede wanted to try it. I was draggin myself to follow him. I didnt say anything but I was running cold in the extremities!! My heart was thumping faster as we get near the ticket counter and my hands were sweating profusely!!! argh.. Im actually acrophobia...In the end, we didnt get to play.. I can see Dede was very disappointed cause we didnt get to play in Genting and his last hope was dashed.... by me! haiz..

** I really cant bring myself to sit in the roller coaster.. Not that I dont want to.. But I just cant jump out from the fear!!!

We headed to Sungei Wang which was the equivalent of Far East.. Still didnt buy anything except for shower foam, shampoo and cleansers. We 4got to bring all these over!!!! We headed back home to have dinner with his relatives.. Went to eat Bak Gu Teh and Sambal fishhead!! Superb!!! Some catching up with his relatives over dinner and we headed to Sunway Pyramid. It was a huge shopping centre just beside Sunway Lagoon and they are still extending it. Oh yes, we bought a towel at the shopping centre cause we didnt bring 1 cause we THOUGHT we will stay in the hotel so we can use their towels.. argh!!!

On the 2nd day, we went to Mid Valley!!!! Dede's relative,Lily, drove us to the train station and we took the KTM!!! It's hot inside the train!!! I was perspiring as we took the 15min ride.

Suay-ness 3: Woke up in the morning and realised my 'auntie' came to visit!! She's almost 2 wks early!!!!! WTH! N I didnt bring any pads along... grrrrr

So you can guess what I bought in Mid Valley. 1 packet of Laurier, 1 packet of Carefree pantyliner, 1 strip of Panadol Menstrual and 2 plasters for my toes.
Dede bought a box of ham & cheese takopachi for only Rm2.50... it looks gd too...

Suay-ness 4: I thought all suay-ness will end here as I guess there's nothing more suay than bleeding during holidays... We went back to buy 2 boxes of takopachi.... had paid for it already and while waiting, the staff announced that there's no electricity!!!! I'm starving to death ALREADY!!!! argh... Im going crazy so I quickly buy some bread to stuff my stomach.... gggrrrr

So by now, U should have realised that there's totally no photos of where we were, and what we did right???? reason being, I 4got to bring my camera along. -_-'"

Cabbed to One Utama!!! I bought a pair of slippers cause the new Nike is killing my toes!!! Dede bought 1 pair too. Shopped around and had dinner at TGI Fridays!! My treat this time round..
We walked around til 10+ and cabbed back to the relative's house. Met a cab cheat! He quoted us RM25. We wanted to bring it down to RM20 but he refused.. Anyway, we hopped on the cab cause there's no other cabs in sight. When we reached our destination, we managed to peek at the meter which flashed RM14!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He quickly off the meter!! Grrr... Dede asked how much and he said RM25. A total of RM11 difference!!! We argued with him abit and after a while he just refused to say anything!!! What a cheat!!! In the end we gave him RM25. Just take it that we are doing charity. hmmph

the suay-ness doesnt end there.
Ultimate suay-ness 4: Wont elaborate more. I shall save myself from embarrassment. hehe

We went for high tea with Dede's relative in a hotel.. Nice food and ambience. Too bad no photos taken cause we were too engrossed in talking. They are coming to S'pore soon and we are definitely going to be a gd host, like how they were those few days.

Suay-ness 5: Both our TVs were spoilt. The rest of them were working well.

Dede playing Nintendo in the coach at around 6+.

And he's still playing it when we arrived in S'pore.

We reached S'pore at ~11pm. Went to eat at boon keng with Ho and Huiping b4 heading home.

Lessons learnt during this trip:

1) Check passport for more than 6months validity

2) Book a hotel room in advance

3) Bring towels, shampoos, shower foam, cleansers along

4) Asked to go by meter by hopping into cabs

5) Bring pads.

To wrap this up, I would say KL is a nice place.... Shopping wise, there are lots of shopping centres, with each of them bigger than our Vivocity, but Price wise, about the same as in S'pore. Transport wise, can take the train if you find cabbing too ex...

Have been workG at polyclinic for some time.. the colleagues are nice and fun to be with... And, soooo coincidentally, there's 2 of them with the same birthday as me!!! 26th August!! The only difference is the year in which we were born... And soooo soooo coincidentally, we 3 were the newest staffs to join!!! And soooo soooo sooo coincidentally, 2 of us actually were born ard 11pm and the other was born ard 11am!!!! Hard to believe but it's true!!!

Just to update, I have finally plucked up enough courage to book for my advance theory.. hehe.. Errrmm.. It's gonna be my third attempt.. Am alittle embarrassed to announce it over here but that's because I wasnt fully prepared the first 2 rounds!! hmm Im gonna study intensively for this test and Im not going to F.A.I.L!!!!!!!!

oh yea.. it's realli not logical to pay for 4 times for renewal of account... Ok.. basically, if you have an account with Comfort, you needa renew your account every 6months for a fee of $5+. N since my account is due for renewal in Apr 2006, I needa pay for 4 times the renewal fee to activate my account til Apr 2008. Grrr.. And it's silly to cancel n reapply for account cause it will take 3wks to do that.

Anyway.. I have renewed my account n my advance theory is on 2nd Jan 2008!!!!! Seems sooooo far.. but at least I can change the dates online if I find any available slots!! hehe... I hope to get my licence by mid next yr!!!

Im Getting Lazy.. Sch on sat n sun from 12-5pm.. Practically no life at all!! Went to sch yest but finish at 2+pm.. Supposed to go Sentosa but it was raining heavily!!! Dede asked me to wait for them to come out from Sentosa so I ended up shopping with Momo!!! haha..

Well, Momo left after that to meet her zhuan shu si ji n I stayed in town n waited for Dede b4 receiving the fateful call that they are playing happily at Siloso!!!!!!!!! In Short.. I'M FORGOTTEN!!! He should have at least gave me a call to tell me abt that!! Im boiling and my b.p almost shot up to the sky!!!

We went to Sentosa a few wks ago but I didnt bring my bikini n stuff!! So, I was left to look after their barang barang... Yesterday, I was all geared up for the event!!! But still couldnt even stepped into Sentosa!! Anyway, I managed to meet them at Vivo b4 heading to Marina for steamboat...

The camera was with Dede all along so I din take any photos... Was thinkG of getting my OWN camera... hehe...

Went marina south with Na, Mo, CX n Aimei... Guess wat we did??? Bowling!!!! It's not boring.. In fact.. we had a lot of fun..

Oh ya... we met at Mo's hse first coz she's driving... n we were all supposed to be at her hse at 2pm... We, which includes me, Na and CX, reached her hse on the dot.. but Aimei was late.. called her on her hp but no ans... hmmm.. anyway.. she finally picked up/ returned our call saying that she's was still at her hse.... Wat the..... anyway the point was... we wanted to meet 3pm but den Mo found it to be too late so we pushed forward to 2pm.. In the end.. we waited for Aimei til 3pm before she appeared... So no change to the original plan.. just longer waiting time... anyway.. we made full use of the time waiting for aimei.. haha... you guessed it right!! Cam whoring in the car... Pics with Mo...

After bowling, we went for steamboat dinner!!! A sweating experience.. Food's too salty n the place is sooo hot!! I remembered they used to on the fan but den at that time, all the fans, except one, was off!!! grrrr....

After dinner, me n Na went hm with Mo to change and headed down to St James!!! Alright, not St James but the lounge beside it.. Sorry I din catch the name of it.. But if you frequent St James then you shld know wat it is...

Updates from the National Day

We ( Mo, Na and Dede) went prawning at Marina South!!! Weet!!! First time tried it.. It's costly but very fun!!! We managed to catch 4 adult prawns and 1 baby prawn (by Mo)!!!! haha... Only dede didnt caught any coz he's toooooooo impatient!!!!

Pardon me for wat I wore... that's Dede clothes... I was at his hse b4 we left for Marina...

Only Momo dared to touch the prawns we caught lo.. The whole act seem cruel. You have to cut/chop the kiap kiap off first b4 attempting to pull the hook off the prawns!!

A few days ago... my sis returned from work and found a dog sitting outside the lift!!! It was a schnauzer and it looked like it was lost. We wanted to bring it hm to bathe coz it seems abit filthy but my mama refused!! She dont wanna let the dog into the hse at all for fear of making alot of noises and neighbours complaining.. heartless...

So, my sis n I sat outside the corridor to acc the dog coz we dun wanna let it get lost to the streets. I even decided not to attend sch that day coz we really dont have any idea on where to keep the dog until the owner is found.. We desperately trying to find our friends who are willing to keep the dog for a few days but cant find any.. Finally I found one.. who's willing to let us bathe the dog at his hse and mb stay for a few days, if his parents allow.. Me n my sis were getting ready to go to his hse with the dog when the owner appeared!! It turned out that she lives on the 5th floor of the same blk and also the same unit in which the dog was sitting outside!! We were all relieved!!!

My father, being the very kaypo one, went on telling our neighbours that his daughters were very worried about the dog blah blah blah.. but he 4got to tell them that he also told us to abandon the dog at the park downstairs coz the dog will find its way home!!! -_-'"

Gd thing we didnt listened to his crap if not the dog will really be lost!!

hmmm... now is 1.09am. I got an interview tomorrow at 3.30pm.. Luckily it's in the afternoon coz I cant wake up early in the morning for sure...

EXAM IS FINALLY OVER!!! Let's celebrate!!

but Aug will be the busiest month of 2007!!! Why? Because out of the 31 days.. only 10days are school-free.... The worst is there's a lecture this SUNDAY!!!! WTH??!! Dont know what's with the policy.. trying to save on the lecturer's accomodation or wat... Only brings sufferings to us poor students... Oh.. And I 4got to mention that 3 out of 5 saturday lessons starts from 12pm to 5pm. HEY!!! No Lunch Break eh??!! And wat about those students who are working on saturday as well?? BRAINLESS!!

I heard from my friend that SIM provides snacks for students during their break... ????? Treated like kings n queens lor!!! One of the policies of my school: No $ no talk!!! grrrr... We pay so much money!! Not even a siew mai for break?? at least some hot drinks la... SIAN!!

After sch time is..... P A R T Y T I M E!!!

We went to this 10 dollar club at Smith Street... It's really worth the $$ cause you get 1 bowl of sharks fin soup ( not real of coz) per person, free flow of drinks, 5 hrs of K-ing.... All for $10 NETT, i.e per person!!!! Our lesson ends at 4 and we cabbed down for a 2.5hrs session which is still cheap!!!

Guess where we had our chalet??

ALOHA LOYANG!!!!

We only had 8 of us but we booked this chalet.. Reason being it's cheaper than other chalets, spacious... and also a very nice pool!!

TADAH!!

We had a really great time soaking in the pool for 2 hrs.. and CX became a lobster after that.

I din quite enjoy on the first day 'cause I gotta rush for an interview at a recruitment agency and had sch after that.... So basically I just went to check in for them and went out after checking all the stuffs.. Grrr... Dede sent me hm to put my barang barang and we brought Schnappi to the chalet for a night stay... hehe... But I think he din slp well.. cause he was walking all over the bed the whole night.

On the 2nd day, we BBQ-ed!!!!

The Jap curry turned mouldy. It was meant for my dinner.

I finally met Adeline and Vivien!!!! We headed to Spageddies for some pasta and such... And Vivien was indeed very pissed off with her work that she kept complaining and I thought she's gonna explode sooner or later. I'm glad I'm outta there.. wohoho...

Wati and Mai came to join us later, bringing along Shasha and Anisa (hope I got their names right)
As usual, we talked about old days and all the happenings in the pharmacy...

I think we took around 8 shots but we onli chose 3. We are supposed to choose 6 but the timer was too fast. Before we even know wat's going on, we are already out of the machine.. haha.. And all are in Japanese!!!!!!!!!!!! WAKARIMASEN!!

Ya I know I took up most of the space cause everything was in a chaos at that time. And we didnt know there's 2 cameras to look at.

When I was a puppy, I entertained you with my antics and made you laugh. You called me your child, and despite a number of chewed shoes and a couple of murdered throw pillows, I became your best friend.

Whenever I was "bad," you'd shake your finger at me and ask "How could you?" -- but then you'd relent and roll me over for a bellyrub. My housebreaking took a little longer than expected, because you were terribly busy, but we worked on that together.

I remember those nights of nuzzling you in bed and listening to your confidences and secret dreams, and I believed that life could not be any more perfect. We went for long walks and runs in the park, car rides, stops for ice cream (I only got the cone because "ice cream is bad for dogs" you said), and I took long naps in the sun waiting for you to come home at the end of the day.

Gradually, you began spending more time at work and on your career, and more time searching for a human mate. I waited for you patiently, comforted you through heartbreaks and disappointments, never chided you about bad decisions, and romped with glee at your homecomings, and when you fell in love.

She, now your wife, is not a "dog person" -- still I welcomed her into our home, tried to show her affection, and obeyed her. I was happy because you were happy.

Then the human babies came along and I shared your excitement. I was fascinated by their pinkness, how they smelled, and I wanted to mother them, too. Only she and you worried that I might hurt them, and I spent most of my time banished to another room, or to a dog crate. Oh, how I wanted to love them, but I became a "prisoner of love."

As they began to grow, I became their friend. They clung to my fur and pulled themselves up on wobbly legs, poked fingers in my eyes, investigated my ears, and gave me kisses on my nose. I loved everything about them and their touch -- because your touch was now so infrequent -- and I would've defended them with my life if need be. I would sneak into their beds and listen to their worries and secret dreams, and together we waited for the sound of your car in the driveway.

There had been a time, when others asked you if you had a dog, that you produced a photo of me from your wallet and told them stories about me. These past few years, you just answered "yes" and changed the subject. I had gone from being "your dog" to "just a dog," and you resented every expenditure on my behalf.

Now, you have a new career opportunity in another city, and you and they will be moving to an apartment that does not allow pets. You've made the right decision for your "family," but there was a time when I was your only family.

I was excited about the car ride until we arrived at the animal shelter. It smelled of dogs and cats, of fear, of hopelessness. You filled out the paperwork and said "I know you will find a good home for her." They shrugged and gave you a pained look. They understand the realities facing a middle-aged dog, even one with "papers."

You had to pry your son's fingers loose from my collar as he screamed "No, Daddy! Please don't let them take my dog!" And I worried for him, and what lessons you had just taught him about friendship and loyalty, about love and responsibility, and about respect for all life.

You gave me a good-bye pat on the head, avoided my eyes, and politely refused to take my collar and leash with you. You had a deadline to meet and now I have one, too. After you left, the two nice ladies said you probably knew about your upcoming move months ago and made no attempt to find me another good home. They shook their heads and asked "How could you?"

They are as attentive to us here in the shelter as their busy schedules allow. They feed us, of course, but I lost my appetite days ago. At first, whenever anyone passed my pen, I rushed to the front, hoping it was you that you had changed your mind -- that this was all a bad dream... or I hoped it would at least be someone who cared, anyone who might save me.

When I realized I could not compete with the frolicking for attention of happy puppies, oblivious to their own fate, I retreated to a far corner and waited. I heard her footsteps as she came for me at the end of the day, and I padded along the aisle after her to a separate room.

A blissfully quiet room. She placed me on the table and rubbed my ears, and told me not to worry. My heart pounded in anticipation of what was to come, but there was also a sense of relief. The prisoner of love had run out of days. As is my nature, I was more concerned about her. The burden which she bears weighs heavily on her, and I know that, the same way I knew your every mood.

She gently placed a tourniquet around my foreleg as a tear ran down her cheek. I licked her hand in the same way I used to comfort you so many years ago. She expertly slid the hypodermic needle into my vein. As I felt the sting and the cool liquid coursing through my body, I lay down sleepily, looked into her kind eyes and murmured "How could you?"

Perhaps because she understood my dog speak, she said "I'm so sorry." She hugged me, and hurriedly explained it was her job to make sure I went to a better place, where I wouldn't be ignored or abused or abandoned, or have to fend for myself -- a place of love and light so very different from this earthly place.

And with my last bit of energy, I tried to convey to her with a thump of my tail that my "How could you?" was not directed at her. It was directed at you, My Beloved Master, I was thinking of you. I will think of you and wait for you forever. May everyone in your life continue to show you so much loyalty.

It all started on 25th May. I was back from the wards at 11+am. As soon as I sat down within 5 mins, I feel weird. Was feeling very tired and restless. I msn-ed Jesslyn and told her abt it. During lunchtime, I slpt all the way for 1 hr, and had been feeling uneasy for the rest of the day. I sensed that I might be falling ill so I postponed my shopping trip with Jesslyn to next wed. I must be feeling so terrible that it affected my memory. [I 4got that I had classes on wed.] Went hm on that day. Had a fever and it escalated as I was lying there motionlessly, occasionally rising to get a cup of water.

26th May, I was feeling better after the 4 Panadol extras the previous night. Went to school for lab, town-ed after that and ktv at night.

27th May(mon), went to work, felt uneasy, took mc at 11+am and went home to slp all the way to 5pm. Woke up and decided not to go for lectures.

Felt better for the rest of the week. But had a sore throat on thurs, Vesak Day. But still, I went out.

Went to work on 1st June. Skipped class to study for the mcq test on sat. After the mcq test, met Jesslyn, finally!! Sunday was well, Monday was well, Todae... had sore throat again....

The point of this entry is... I'M SICK AGAIN!! By the way, Im studying Immunology now. N I know how the system works!! I dont need to experience it personally!!! I mean, if it helps in my exams then it's still fine. Now it's affecting my ability to study!!! argh!!

I finally met Jesslyn on sat!!! Which is after my mcq test... I'm gonna fail terribly!! Boo... And oh ya.. I got 36/52 for the previous one.. I think it's not bad, considering it's a last min study.. wahahaha

We went shopping.. Dinner at Miss Clarity cafe, walked over to PS from Bugis, girls talk at cafe cartel, cam whoring outside PS.. hmmm.....

A note to my fren: I really hope you will think over my advices.. not asking u to follow my mind but just as an alternative option for you. Choose the life you wanna lead.. Other people have no rights to control you, including him....

The food at Miss Clarity Cafe was not too bad.. although the place was alittle warm... Best of all, the price is cheap.. haha.. No GST, No service charge...

Lew came to fetch us to Leng Kee to settle some matters again. After that went over to Tiong Bahru Plaza "la kopi". I dont understand why guys like to sae the word "la kopi". It sounds so weird. And I thought drink in hokkien is 'LIM'?? Since when it become 'LA'?? Pardon me.. I dont speak Hokkien.. hehe... Den Lew sent us to Dede's soccer game which was held in a centre. Met the very tame Ser-resh ( Hope I got the spelling right).

She's a golden poodle!!! Such a dear... She loves cuddles...

Went home while Dede played soccer...

And if you need help from them, you gotta make sure that you do it in a way that it is to THEIR convenience, not yours!! The one who you need help from might not feel anything, but other people might think otherwise, especially women. Not clear enough??

You bought a top from this seller who only provides postage service. You, in order to save on the postages, wants a meet up. And since the seller is nice enough, she suggested a meetup at her convenience. You can also suggest a time and venue but that is up to the seller whether to accept or not. Now, she suggested a meetup at Boon Lay at 3pm and you cant make it. Instead you scolded her for suggesting a place which is at the far end of S'pore. She, being so wronged, leaves you a negative feedback. So, in the end, you did not get the top as the deal falls through, and also you have a negative feedback and everyone knows that you are such a b*tch!!

WHEN IS MY BANGKOK TRIP???!!!

I suggested to Dede abt going to bangkok in July.. 'cause that's when I will be freed from work and sch... But he will be studying... awww..... If I cannot manage to go this July, then the next break for me will be next yr sometime in Sept!!! That's tooo freaking long can~~~~~ The last trip I went to was HK which was in Sept 2006... It has been 8 months already + 16months to Sept 2008= 24months=2yrs!!!!!

It will be 2 yrs of stale life in S'pore!!!!!! Who can tahan that??

And to add to my frustration, my parents will be going over to Darwin in June for 3 whole weeks!! I duno wat the hell they will be doing there besides the usual visitings + cruising on Uncle Terry's boat/ship/yacht or watever you call that....

Met Dede at Taka and bought a rice cooker for his mama... Headed hm after that to take my clothes and left for KTV!!!!!!!!!!

3 guys 1 girl. They concentrated on their soccer match while I K-ed. Keith and Dede sang a few songs only... And we were there for 3 hrs.. Imagine the number of songs I sang.. Nvm, treat it as a practice session for me... Anyway, I found singing in the day is better than singing at nite... So frenz.. next time ktv in the afternoons only...

I went to Dede's hse after that... As I was walking a path in front of Dede's hse... a man on bicycle rode past me and said Hi... I was talking on the phone with Nana so I just ignored him. He's a man in his early 30s, looked like air con technician coz of his polo tee.. He rode off, constantly turning back and looked at me.. I wished he fell into the drain!! OK.. I finally reached his hse.. and thought of buying drinks from 7-11.. So I walked to another blk and found the same man withdrawing $ near 7-11. I quietly walked past him but he saw me and said Hi again... He's really getting on my nerves... I pretended I din hear anything but wat he said after that really got me boiling!! I walked past him and heard him said,' TaMaDe'

TAMADE??!!! Hello!! What was that for??!! You meant to say that it's my bloody loss to not responding to you?? Did you looked at yourself in the mirror??!! If you do not have, please invest in 1. You really need it. By the way, I wore mid-length sleeve top with black berms.. Not anything flashy...

Ok.. I walked into 7-11. Bought my Big Gulp and Q-ed for payment. That was when he followed me into 7-11, took something off the shelf and q-ed behind me!! I turned and gave him a stare but he din looked at me. That's the only time I took a close look at him. Tanned, small slit eyes, crew cut hair dyed into a horrendous blonde and he was SHORTER than me... I think that turned him off a little.. Not giving him a chance to lay his smelly fingers on me, I walked to the far end of the counter when making payment.

When I was about to leave the counter, he, of all words, scolded,' TaMaDe' again!! WTF!! What was that for again??!! TaMaDe for being born so short and ugly?? Anyway, that got me a lil jittery. I walked out of the 7-11 and RANNNN to Dede's hse... I purposely took the long road with a lot of turns so he won be able to spot me easily. I decided to throw my Big Gulp at him if he caught up with me, even if I'm dying of thirst at that moment. Anyway, I finally reached Dede's hse, after climbing 10 flights of stairs.. Heaved a sigh of relief when I finally sat down on his bed and enjoyed my Big Gulp with TV.

I saw the dog family roaming on the field I walked past everyday!! Unfortunately, my camera phone couldnt capture a clear shot of them. Time to change a new phone.. heeee
By the way, the doggies are those blurred black spots....

Yest I jogged, brisk walked, climbed 12 storeys, 30 sit ups, did twister for 15mins... Applause pls!!! The amount of exercise I did yest was even more than what I did for the past 5yrs. Yeah.. I was a couch potato... Not anymore... I wanna exercise every alternate days, if my schedule allows to... Most importantly, I wanna shed off the fats accumulated through years of supper and kfc-s.... Cheer for me frenz!!

'Attack' of the CROW

I cant believe I heard a crow croaked just above my head. I was walking the usual path to work. And suddenly, the croak appeared and it sent shivers down my spine. I have heard of stories where the crows recognise and attack humans who did harm to them. But, I didn't kill their family.

I continued walking, after around 10 steps, it croaked again. It didnt get softer. OMG.. I couldnt believe the crow was following me. 'Please dont peck my head!!!' I shouted inside. Nonetheless, I continued walking, hoping to get out of the deserted path. My heart pounded faster with each croak. I was all alone there. I dared not turned back or looked up. I did not even know where was the irritating crow.

Nearing the end of the path, I saw a man. Phew.... At least I have someone to help me if that stupid crow decided to 'kiss' me. Finally, I reached the end, where the paths joined to the main road... I was really relieved... I wondered will the man experience the same thing as me.

Went to gym with Fyebe and Dede... I cant even lift up the lightest weight... grrrr... After that dinner at Crystal Jade... hehe... Ate back all the calories lost...

Wached Spidey... it's like FINALLY!!!!

Tears welled up in my eyes during some touching scenes and I tried to wipe it off silently from my face... Idiotic guy who sat beside me saw it.... He must have thought that I'm a crybaby... So, whenever there's a touching scene coming, he would turned and looked at me.. SICKENING!!!!

Today is Tuesday... I always dread this day 'cause I will be meeting my boss later.... I dont know why.. After I joined this company, I have become withdrawn from people. All the people in this company. Even my colleagues whom I see everyday for 8hrs... This has to stop!! But thinking of it, I still have less than 2 months before my contract ends. Ha~Ha. You can never imagine how elated I am now. Alright, I shall continue to be the quiet and shy girl they know.

5th May--

Supposed to meet Vivien and Adeline at Settlers cafe.. But Adeline couldnt make it on that very day... So we postponed it. But we gonna meet Wati and Mai next time... yeah... It's been sucha long time since the day I saw them.. N Wati told me she's got a new haircut.. haha... Excited~~

So after sch, I met CX and Ah ma at Bugis.. CX wanna buy a bag.. Yup she got one that meets her budget.. N as usual, I bot some 'necessities' too.. haha.. Had dinner at V8.... Food's ok... Portion abit small and they give complimentary soup... Nice~~

They went home and I met Dede n Fyebe in town... Went to Balcony for a drink... Keith joined us later.. The guys were discussing soccer, and we had a girls talk... I met Fyebe through Dede... and she's the only one out of so many Dede's gal frenz( or frenz' gf) whom I can really pour out my thoughts... Really have to thank her... N we are going to gym this friday!! hehe...

6th May--

The day finally came!!! Met up with Huishan, Momo, Wanyu and Gina for a K session!!! wahahaha... I realised I'm not a K queen.. coz most of the songs they picked I duno how to sing... yeah... I'm outdated... Oh ya... b4 we went to K, we took neoprints... hehe... My first time... after so many yrs...
I got the scanned neoprints from Wanyu already.. now waiting for the duno-when-will-upload-pics Momo... I hope I dun have to wait til Vesak Day... So will upload the pics next time...

Had dinner with Momo and Huishan at Swensens.. Crapped abit about our sch... I actually felt sleepy... I think I have exhausted all my energy in singing... I duno why but my energy level is always only 50%.. I have been outta house for only 6+hours and I wanna slp!! That's very bad you know.. 'Cause when I'm tired, I'm quiet. My mind will turn slow in processing informations.. aiyo... And when I reached home, I dont feel that tired anymore.. hmm.. Sometimes cant even sleep when I'm supposed to.. That reminds me of last Sunday when i slpt at 4am. ~~Bleah.. Teach me how to boost my energy levels...

Dead Dog Found!!

I feel so sick todae... I saw a dead dog outside my workplace... Actually I cant confirm whether it's a dog anot 'cause it has started to decompose and its head was gone!!

It might be knocked down by a car... So poor thing....

Damn the irresponsible driver. Well, maybe the poor animal could be saved if you had sent it to the hospital straight away. And even if it's dead on the spot, at least call SPCA la ( but duno whether they accept dead dogs anot)... give them a decent burial. That's the least u can do. Poor cleaner gotta clear the mess. I think I will be in shock for 3 days( or maybe 1) if i were the cleaner.

Update: The cleaner did not clear up the body... N after so many days of rain and shine, the body had been reduced to a mass of fur.. n of course, with loads of maggots feasting on it... I wonder where the maggots will migrate to when there's no more meat.

Ok... something funny happened... There's 2 dishes called Duck ____ Confit( 4got the middle word) and Chicken Leg. We were deciding on which to order in the first place and finally settled on Chicken Leg. When ordering, I said,' Chicken Duck....... Errmmm Nono Chicken Leg, sorry.' Actually I 4got which to order and I just blurted it out. Oh well, the one taking our orders was saying, 'haha.. I was thinkG of how to get you the Chicken Duck..' Well, I felt uber paiseh... But it's ok... In front of my frenz onli wat... Then, the dish finally came... it was the same waitress who served us and she said,' Chicken Duck'. I heard that!!!!haha.. still laughed at me juz now.. hmmph..

When we walked out, the same waitress came and passed a note to Nana.. Said someone wanna know her.. It's a Malay but I dun rmb seeing any Malay waiter in the restaurant.. Oh well, Nana threw that paper away...

Congratulations Siew Ling

Congratulations!!!!! Siew Ling gave birth to a healthy baby girl on tues, 24th April 2007!!!

I was sleeping when she called me at 10+am..... She told me she gave birth at 8+am and she's still in the labour ward waiting... I rmbed I said to her, ' Really anot?'..... 'Congratulations leh..' and she asked me whether I'm still slping... I replied wif a 'Ya lo' and she told me to get back to sleep.. And so I did... Then, I woke up at 11+am... rushed to meet my frenz to study for exams... Ard 8+pm, Weilin msged me and said something abt visiting Siew Ling's after our exams... It was at that time then I rmbed Siew Ling called me earlier that day to inform me... OH man.... Such an important thing and I can 4get abt it lo... Guess I'm too preoccupied with the exams... And now recalling the part when Siew Ling called me.. It's like a dream.... I have a very vague memory of it. Sorry Siew Ling.... I dont mean to act this way... I promised me and Weilin will visit you very very soon.... So excited~~~

Exam's finally over!!

We worked very hard for this paper ok..... Stayed in school til 10pm on tues.. and we hafnt finished our discussion yet. So we moved over to tiong bahru plaza BK to haf our dinner n also continued our discussion til 1215am... Wahhh... that's a long day for all of us... N i studied from 2pm with my other grp of frenz.. So that means I studied ard 9hrs that day excluding transport time.... hehe.... The lecturer was very kind towards us.. He gave us the qns to do b4 exam.. *grins... but then the qns were very difficult. I only know how to do 4 out of 14qns on my own... Thanks girls for the answers to other qns!!

And also, because of this discussion, I have met 3 wonderful girls(other than Momo) from the class.... Huishan, Wanyu and Shuling...We are going to ktv next sunday!! yeah.... So looking forward to it....

I'm now physically and mentally drained!! I took leave from tues to thurs and now coming back to work today is really a bad choice... I should have stayed at home.. heeee.... Anyway, starting my new module tml... Basic Immunology. Heard from Momo that there's gonna be lotsa memorising to do... argh!! I hate memorising... Coz I got STM ma... I've got a filter for a brain... All impt stuff will be drained out and leave the rubbish behind. grrrr... Please remind me to study every now and then so my brain will not be rusty.
